Thank you for shopping at Be Bougie. This policy applies to all orders placed within the United Kingdom.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will be processed the next business day.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. UK Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We ship all of our orders using Royal Mail Tracked:

Standard UK Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked):
- Cost: £1.95
- Free Shipping: Free for all orders of £34.99 and up
- Delivery time: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number.
You can track your package directly using the link provided in your email or on the official Royal Mail tracking website.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your item is damaged during transit, please save all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@be-bougie.com with photos of the damage.
If your parcel is lost or has not arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at orders@be-bougie.com so we can open an investigation with Royal Mail.
